By purchasing a dog from me you agree to these terms: If your dog, during the first year of age, is found to have a congenital defect, return him to us ( at buyers expense) with the registration papers and a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian, along with an autopsy report performed by a pathologists. If death occurred :( Then the first available puppy of same sex will be replaced  at no charge other than shipping if needed to be paid by buyer. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer unless arrangements have been made or approved prior to treatment. No guarantee can be made as to behavior, confirmation, size or future breeding capabilities. If you purchase a dog or puppy and decide you made the wrong decision. I will help you sell the purchased dog or puppy by putting it back on my web site with your contact info etc. The puppy (dog) etc. will not be shipped back and put under stress due to your error in judgement.   All puppies and dogs bred and sold, are accompanied by an accurate and up to date medical history. Dogs are checked by a veterinarian prior to being  picked up  or shipping and are guaranteed to be sound and in good health at this time. However, on PUPPIES whose age at the date of sale precludes completion of the scheduled series of innoculations, it is necessary for the purchaser to complete the scheduled series of innoculations ON TIME, in order to protect the puppy and for his health guarantee to remain valid. A timetable or these innoculations will be supplied on the medical history of the puppy. In addition, until this series of innoculations has been completed (about 16 weeks of age) the puppy should not be exposed to premises known to be suspected  of being contaminated or to unhealthy animals. We do not guarantee a puppy that develops hypoglcemia and diarrhea due to stress and an improper  diet.  Puppies must eat every four hours if they are a tiny or toy size.
